Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fee Terms & Student Satisfaction Framework | GUj SOft MArt DAily LLP

1. Course Registration & Fee Payments

Students enrolling in programs offered by GUj SOft MArt DAily LLP at edu.gsmartdaily.com agree to pay the designated registration and tuition fees prior to batch commencement or according to agreed installment timelines.

2. Cancellation & Refund Window

We strive to maintain high quality in our practical engineering workshops. Our refund policy operates under the following conditions:

Pre-Batch Cancellation: Written cancellation requests sent to edu@gsmartdaily.com at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled batch start date are eligible for a 100% refund (minus payment gateway processing fees).
Post-Commencement Window: Requests submitted within the first 3 days of workshop commencement are eligible for a 50% refund or full transfer to the next upcoming batch.
After 3 Days of Batch Start: No refunds will be issued once more than 3 days or initial core project modules have elapsed.

3. Refund Processing Procedure

To request a cancellation and refund:

Include your registered phone number, transaction receipt reference, and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days directly back to the original bank account / card / UPI ID used during registration.

4. Batch Deferral & Transfer Policy

If a student is unable to attend their assigned workshop batch due to university exams or personal emergencies, they may request a one-time free deferral to a future batch by emailing edu@gsmartdaily.com prior to the completion of Week 1.
